Ravneet Sekhon

Profile:

Ravneet studied at the University of Hertfordshire for her LLB and the University of Law for her Legal Practice Course. Ravneet has been with KLG since February 2019 as a Paralegal and presently a Trainee Solicitor.

During Ravneet’s time at KLG she has gained experience on a range of disputes, and this includes unfair dismissal, disability discrimination, maternity discrimination, and redundancies.

Ravneet has assisted in many settlement negotiations, grievance processes and undertaking employment tribunal work. Ravneet has an urge in achieving positive and favourable results for her clients in which she finds extremely rewarding.

Ravneet’s experience allows her to efficiently deal with demanding queries and situations with a sympathetic and friendly approach. Ravneet grasps client needs appropriately and deals with them in a professional, ethical, and considerate attitude.

Ravneet enjoys traveling afield and experiencing different cultures. Ravneet is an avid baker, and her speciality is lemon drizzle cake. Ravneet enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and friendly German Shepherd – Milo.
