Lakhvinder studied law at London Metropolitan University and completed her Legal practice course at the same institution. Lakhvinder qualified as a solicitor in July 2021. She joined Kalra Legal Group in 2023 and is presently a Solicitor.

Lakhvinder has experience in advising employees on matters ranging from unfair dismissal to discrimination claims. She provides advice in relation to contracts of employment, settlement agreements, redundancies, disciplinary procedures, absences and performance management.

Lakhvinder enjoys working with both employers and employees with employment situations. She also has experience in representing businesses against employment claims.

As a skilled negotiator, Lakhvinder has successfully obtained favourable settlements for her clients. She likes to provide clear and concise advice. Further, she tailors her advice to meet her client’s specific needs and ultimately provide a personal and professional service.
