Employment Law Paralegal
Profile:
Paul is an Employment Law Paralegal at KLG, joining in July 2016 having graduated from the University of Manchester with a 2.1 (Hons) in Law with Politics (LLB) this year. Paul took the optional Employment Law module at university and obtained a first-grade mark. Having moved back to the south, he is excited about entering the legal profession and moving forward with his career.
Having previously volunteered at Citizens’ Advice and the East Manchester Legal Advice Centre, Paul realised how much employment law can affect people in their day to day lives. This fuelled his desire to specialise in employment law and is, therefore, enthusiastic about working for an exciting employment law and HR services company like KLG!
So far in his time at KLG, Paul has enjoyed preparing claim forms for clients and having the opportunity to provide telephone consultations, drawing on his experience of offering frontline advice at Citizens’ Advice. In addition, Paul has relished the chance to have an ongoing relationship with business clients as part of our outsourced HR service, whether it be reviewing their company handbook and contracts or employment law issues.
