Kallum Kalsi

Profile:

Kallum studied law at City, University of London and completed his Legal Practice Course at the same institution, attaining a distinction. He joined Kalra Legal Group in 2018 and is presently a Solicitor.

During Kallum’s time at KLG he has gained experience in a breadth of areas within employment law and he has assisted individuals with a vast spectrum of employment issues, such as unfair dismissal and discrimination. Kallum has a track record of successfully negotiating enhanced exit packages for clients.

Kallum also has experience in assisting businesses and he is skilled in preparing handbooks, consultancy agreements and contracts of employment tailored to the client’s needs. Kallum uses his customer service skills to ensure clients are put first and their objectives are delivered.

Kallum particularly enjoys assisting employers and employees with redundancy situations. He has written several blog posts on this topic.

Before his legal career Kallum worked as a tutor specialising in preparing students for the 11+ examination. He achieved great success in this area with all of his students passing the examination.
Kallum is a passionate sportsman and he has a particular interest in football and cricket. He also enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family. His burning desire is to visit the seven modern wonders of the world.

Kallum is an associate member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
