In the film industry it came to the fore with the shocking accusations made of the film director Harvey Weinstein in October 2017. One in five women working in Westminster have reported sexual Harassment. According to research from the TUC, more than half of all woman and nearly 2 in 3 women aged 18-24 have experienced sexual harassment at work. There is also increasing reporting of men being sexually harassed.
